Step 1: Download your information
Instagram Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information and permissions → Download your information.
Step 2: Followers and following മാത്രം select ചെയ്യുക
"How much information do you want?" എന്ന ചോദ്യത്തിന് Some of your information തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത്, list-ൽ നിന്ന് Followers and following മാത്രം tick ചെയ്യുക.
Step 3: File create
Download to device എന്ന് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത്, Date range: All time, Format: HTML
Step 4: List
അതുപോലെ following.html, recent_follow_requests.html പോലുള്ള files-ഉം ഇതിൽ തന്നെ ഉണ്ട്.
